You must be at least 13 years old to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• • Impersonate or attempt to impersonate GayerThings or another user
• • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the Site
• • Use any automated system to access the Site
• • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site

Accounts are offered through Clerk (authentication). When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity under your account.

Marketing when you register. By signing up for an account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and you consent to receive promotional and account-related marketing emails from GayerThings at the email address associated with your account. We sync your email to our marketing provider (Mailchimp) for that purpose. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the link in those messages; some transactional messages (for example order and shipping confirmations sent via Resend) may still be sent as needed to fulfill your orders.

Guest checkout may show an optional email marketing opt-in; that checkbox does not apply when you are signed in, because marketing consent is covered at registration as described above.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.

To run the Site and fulfill orders we use service providers who process data on our behalf. These include, without limitation: Clerk (sign-in and account management), Stripe (payments and checkout sessions; we do not store your full card number), our fulfillment partners (printing, production, and shipping), Resend (transactional email such as order confirmation and shipping/tracking notices), and Mailchimp (marketing email, newsletter signups, account onboarding journeys, and abandoned-cart reminders where enabled). Use of the Site is also subject to their applicable terms and privacy notices where relevant.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and pricing, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders placed at the incorrect price.

Prices are charged in U.S. dollars (USD) at checkout unless another currency is clearly shown on the payment screen. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own exchange rates or fees if your account is in a different currency. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Depending on your delivery address, taxes, value added tax (VAT), customs duties, import fees, or brokerage charges may be assessed locally. Who collects those amounts (us, a marketplace, a carrier, or customs) and whether they are included in the checkout total can vary by destination; review the totals and notices shown at checkout and on shipment documentation. You are responsible for any duties or taxes owed in your country unless applicable law says otherwise.

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card number. You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect when you place your order, including shipping and any taxes or fees that are presented to you at checkout.

If you are a consumer, statutory rights in your country or region (for example rights relating to faulty goods, late delivery, or cooling-off periods for distance sales) may apply in addition to our policies. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit those rights where the law does not allow them to be waived.

We ship to the destinations described on our Shipping Info page. Delivery times and costs depend on the service and address you choose. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs clearance, industrial action, or other events outside our reasonable control.

International orders may be subject to customs inspection, additional documentation, or local import rules. You are responsible for ensuring that products ordered can lawfully be imported where you live.

Our return policy is detailed on our Returns & Exchanges page. Unless a longer period is required by law where you live, return requests should be made within 30 days of delivery. Local mandatory rules on returns, refunds, or non-conforming goods still apply where they cannot be contractually excluded.

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is the property of GayerThings or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by the applicable laws of your jurisdiction, GayerThings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or products purchased through the Site. Some regions do not allow certain exclusions or caps; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Subject to the previous paragraph and any non-waivable statutory minimums where you live, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or a specific order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service in question.

You may have mandatory rights under the consumer, contract, or privacy laws of your country or region of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights where the law does not allow them to be waived.

Subject to the paragraph above, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to GayerThings at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another country's laws—except where such a choice is not permitted for consumers or for certain claims, in which case the required local rules apply.

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to use an out-of-court dispute mechanism (such as an EU online dispute platform where available) or to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence where the law gives you that option.
